A link or QR code, for one person or open to anyone with it, with an expiry if you want one. Or an email invite. Groups let you share with several people at once.

By default, every new device waits for you. Approve or deny it from the app.

Turn off a person or a device and the app locks the next time it checks in. Nobody else is affected.

The honest limit: it can't delete files already on someone's machine. It closes the door from then on.
